An elderly couple in Arizona was recently transported to an area hospital after their vehicle was T-boned at an intersection. This car crash occurred the evening of Feb. 10, in the Phoenix area. Few details have been released about the victims or the driver believed responsible for this wreck.
It was recently reported that the car of an elderly couple was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Carefree Highway and 7th Avenue. The couple and the other driver were all injured in the collision. The couple was transported to a medical facility, initially in critical condition. Their current conditions are unknown. The other driver did not receive treatment for his or her injuries.
At this time, police have not indicated what may have caused the collision. The investigation into this case is still ongoing. Authorities have not stated if any charges are expected against anyone involved.
The physical injuries suffered in a serious car crash can be difficult for anyone to recover from, but it can be especially hard for an elderly individual. Those in their older years may find full recoveries tough to achieve due existing medical conditions. The losses sustained in an accident can make life significantly harder physically, financially and emotionally. These victims may be able to seek compensation through legal means, which may be desperately needed during the healing process. If litigation is successful, and negligence is established against the other driver in an Arizona civil court, the victims in this case may be able to achieve maximum compensation for any and all recoverable damages.
