An automobile accident in Arizona is responsible for injuring two drivers and one pedestrian. The car crash reportedly occurred July 23, in the Tucson area. Charges are expected to be filed against the individual believed responsible.
According to reports, just before 10 p.m., the driver of a white sedan allegedly ran through a stop sign and struck another vehicle. The force of impact sent both cars onto the property of an apartment complex. Both of the drivers suffered injuries in the crash, as did an individual on the apartment property. The drivers were transported to an area hospital for treatment, while the pedestrian was treated on-scene and released.
Little information was released about the driver responsible for this wreck and his victims. The current conditions of each of these individuals is unknown. As earlier stated, charges are expected to be filed in this case, though, authorities have not specified what those may be at this point.
It was reported that the victims of this car crash are not believed to have suffered severe injuries, but sometimes what appear to be minor injuries right after the fact can turn out to have serious consequences down the line. If this is the case, the victims of this wreck may be able to seek compensation for any resulting damages that they have encountered. This can be done by filing personal injury claims in an Arizona civil court. Through successful litigation, maximum compensation may be achieved for the losses that are deemed recoverable according to applicable state laws.
