Coping with the tragic loss of a loved one is understandably, difficult, and while there is nothing that can replace the life lost, there are steps that can be taken to at least help ease the financial burden. Surviving family members may pursue wrongful death and survival action claims in an Arizona civil court. Fair and full compensation may be awarded if negligence can be established successfully against the party or parties believed responsible for the victim's untimely demise.
